As far as on our sides personal data (for example name, address or e-mail addresses) are raised, this takes place as far as possible always on voluntary basis. The offers and services are used without providing personal data as far as possible.

We would like to point out that data transmission over the Internet (e.g. communication by e-mail) can have security gaps. A complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.

Use for sending newsletters:

The customer relationship or the business relationship entitles Romay AG to send its customers news by post or e-mail at regular or irregular intervals, for example new offers. Customers may opt out of receiving this news at any time, in particular via the unsubscribe link included in each email newsletter.

Use of Google Tag Manager:

This website uses Google Tag Manager, a cookie-free domain that does not collect any personal data. This tool allows "website tags" to be implemented and managed via an interface. Tags are small code elements on the website that are used, among other things, to measure traffic and visitor behavior and to test and optimize the website. By using the Google Tag Manager, Romay AG can automatically track which button, link or personalized image visitors have actively clicked on and can thus record which contents of the website are of particular interest to them.

The tool also triggers other tags, which in turn may collect data. Google Tag Manager does not access this data. If visitors at the domain or cookie level have deactivated it will remain in effect for all tracking tags implemented with Google Tag Manager.

Use of Google Analytics:

This website uses Google Analytics, a Google web analysis service that uses cookies. Cookies are text files which are stored on the visitor's computer and which enable an analysis of the use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about the use of this website is usually transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States.

IP anonymisation is activated on the Romay AG website, which shortens the IP address of Google visitors before they are transmitted to the USA. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and only shortened there. On behalf of Romay AG, Google will use this information to evaluate the use of the website, to compile reports on website activities and to provide Romay AG with further services associated with the use of the website and the Internet. The IP address transmitted by the visitor's browser within the scope of Google Analytics is not merged with other Google data. Visitors may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on their browser software, which may impair the functionality of the website. Deleting persistent cookies after a visit to the website does not have any adverse effect.

Visitors can prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and relating to their use of the website (including their IP address) and from processing this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available under the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en.
